Abstract
This presentation summarized ongoing work investigating the role of PIKFYVE in retinal pigment epithelium (RPE)
biology and its relevance to inherited retinal degeneration. The presentation covered motivating clinical observations,
experimental strategy, and translational implications for understanding endolysosomal pathways in RPE function.
