An Initial Characterization of Novel Contributors to Superior Coloboma and the Closure of the Superior Ocular Sulcus

This poster presented initial results and experimental plans to identify and validate novel contributors to superior coloboma, with emphasis on developmental mechanisms governing superior ocular sulcus closure and translational relevance to congenital eye disease.
