Poster presented at Excellence in Medical Student Research on our work characterizing the white matter network of the brain involved in speech and language and more specifically in stuttering. We showed that the integrity of the left frontal aslant tract of right-handed males who stutter is affected and that the right counterpart of this tract could be a potential compensator in this population.
